The role will see you specialise in the full spectrum of residential property work which includes the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build purchases from developers, transfers of equity, remortgages and lease extensions.

You will be a be an experienced residential property professional with at least 2 years PQE running a caseload preferably in the Kent area. In particular you will have worked with both homeowners and investors alike. Most importantly you will have the organisational skills to prioritise a busy caseload and enjoy working within a team.
