Residential Lettings - Property Manager - Wimborne - 53248

An established Lettings agency is looked for an experienced Property Manager to join their team in South/West Dorset.

As a pivotal member of friendly group, you will oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring meticulous management and exceptional service standards at all times. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining the agency's reputation for delivering first-class client satisfaction and property care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a portfolio, ensuring efficient operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair works, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Conduct property inspections and manage tenancy agreements.
• Handle end of tenancy processes.
• Dispute resolutions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of property law and tenancy agreements.
• Expert communication & negotiation skills.
• Experienced IT skills and comfortable using property software.
• Car & UK driving licence.

A basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 is offered dependent on relevant experience. Please note that you will be required to work full time Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings as well.
