Residential Lettings - Property Manager - Edgbaston - 52940

Position: Property Manager Monday - Friday

We’re looking for a Property Management Professional to join one of Birmingham’s leading Independent property companies.

A well established and successful business are looking for the right person to assist in managing their substantial residential management portfolio.

You will be dealing with both tenants, landlords and contractors helping each with their property requirements from managing repairs and maintenance, complying with electrical and gas safety legislation, conducting midterm inspections and maintenance reports, attending to tenant and landlord enquiries, assisting with tenancy renewals and associated administration and liaising with all internal departments within the company.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in Property Management. They will be energetic with great communication and organisation skills who has a complete understanding of the legislation and regulations affecting the Private Rental Sector and the discipline to adhere to these requirements.

Job Type: Full-time Permanent Role (Mon-Fri, 9am - 5:30pm)

Experience: Lettings/Property Management

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Car: A car is available for use, either as a company car or pool car, if required

Driving Licence: Full clean licence required

Job Functions: Property Management, Maintenance, Renewal of Gas/Electricity certification, Lettings Negotiation, Advise on Property Lettings and Contract Law, Property Inspections, liaising with Tenants, Landlords, Contractors, Service Providers/Utilities and Internal Accounts Departments.
