This independent sales and lettings agent have been servicing the Peterborough area for over 25 years. In this time they have maintained a reputation for providing excellent customer service to home sellers, buyers, tenants and landlords.

They are now looking to recruit an experienced lettings all rounder with a proven track record in all areas of the lettings business. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual, who can self generate leads, deal with all maintenance, inventories, viewings, landlords and tenants.

If you are an experienced Estate Agent looking for a fresh opportunity with a fantastic employer who can offer long term potential, this is the role for you!

In return you will receive a fantastic basic salary as well as commission structure, dependent on experience. Working hours are Mon-Fri 9-6.

The ideal person for this role will have at least 1 year LETTINGS estate agency experience and be used to working to current legislation and targets. You must be articulate, highly motivated, self sufficient and be a big believer in delivering first class customer service.
