This highly regarding Independent Estate Agents are now searching for a confident Lettings Negotiator/Inventories and Inspections specialist to join their team in Warwickshire and Leicestershire.

Lettings Negotiator / Inventories and Inspections

The lettings role is the first point of contact for their clients - be that as a Landlord or Tenant. The job is immensely varied from managing issues in line with relevant property compliance obligations, to checking in with landlords, managing landlord and tenant enquires, to maintaining accurate property files but most importantly you will be out on appointments for inspections and inventories. No two days are ever the same.

This role will be based out of their Warwickshire and Leicestershire offices, where you will be supported by the most successful lettings team.

This is could be a part time role with hours to suit both parties, ideally four days per week, or a full time role, you will also need to work on Saturdays as a part of a rota.
