About the Role:

As Estates Director, you will be the driving force behind the operational excellence and resident satisfaction of this expansive, mixed-use development. You'll wear many hats, leading a team of professionals across facilities management, security, and resident engagement. From overseeing the seamless delivery of essential services to fostering a thriving community spirit, your expertise will be the bedrock upon which the vision flourishes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Operational Mastery: Ensure the smooth running of all property management functions, encompassing maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal, and utilities.
  • Financial Acumen: Manage the estate's budget effectively, optimizing costs while maintaining service excellence.
  • Security Expertise: Implement robust security measures and emergency protocols, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and visitors.
  • Community Champion: Foster a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere, organizing events and initiatives that build connections and a sense of belonging.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Cultivate strong relationships with residents, investors, contractors, and local authorities, building trust and ensuring transparent communication.

You are the Ideal Candidate if You Have:

  • A proven track record of success in leading large and complex estates, ideally within a mixed-use environment.
  • Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting and cost control.
