Key Responsibilities:
- Take a pivotal role in the development of the conveyancing team
- Manage and lead a caseload directly, overseeing junior team members and collaborating with a wider team to share workload across the region
- Participate in the recruitment and retention of your own team
Requirements:
- Senior-level expertise in Residential Conveyancing
- Significant experience advising clients on various aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold properties, estates, and site developments
- Possess an established client following with the ability to bring 70% of your own client base
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and a strong understanding of business development
- Uphold excellent client care standards
- Experience in mentoring junior staff members
