Our client, Legal 500 practice in Surrey, offering hybrid/agile working arrangements, seeks a driven Residential Development Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a rare opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive with 3+ years’ PQE to join our client’s thriving firm in Surrey. The successful lawyer will provide an excellent and seamless service to existing and new clients, whilst ensuring excellent performance at all times.


Responsibilities

  • Handling own caseload of residential development matters
  • Assisting property development partners with their existing caseload
  • Business development
The Candidate:
  • Solicitors and legal executives with at least 3 years’ PQE
  • Solid experience in residential development matters is pre-requisite
  • Has outstanding communication and client care skills
  • Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Is personable, detail orientated and client-focused
  • A team player with a desire for professional development
