A friendly and vibrant property team in Cheshire is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their ranks as a Team Manager. The firm boasts well-placed offices with convenient transport links, making it easily accessible by both road and public transport, with onsite parking available.

Role Overview:

As a senior member of the residential team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of fee earners and Legal Assistants, offering support and assistance as required. Strong technical proficiency in conveyancing is essential, with a minimum of 3-5 years' prior experience managing a residential property caseload independently. Familiarity with a case management system is advantageous.

Atrributes required;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Conveyancer, managing a high-volume caseload independently.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client care.
  • Keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills.
  • Good IT skills, including experience with case management systems (preferably Proclaim).
  • Ability to interpret and utilize management information resources effectively.
  • A conveyancing qualification would be advantageous.
  • Confident in establishing and nurturing business relationships through outstanding communication and service delivery.
  • Proven track record of delivering proactive, consistent, and efficient client services and legal advice.
