Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Service Care Legal is working on behalf of a 'Legal 500 Leading Firm' which is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team. As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for supervising a sub-team of 4/5 staff lawyers. You will be dealing with a mix of residential property work (mainly shared ownership transactions being purchases, sales, staircasing, lease extensions) including straight transactions mix.

SALARY: £50,000 to £60,000 plus bonuses

LOCATION: Bristol

Responsibilities

  • Conducting transactions and supervising a sub-team of 4/5 staff lawyers.
  • Demonstrating a strong legal knowledge and long experience in technical conveyancing.
  • Supervising the output of enquiries, report on title, and reports on searches of the team.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Utilising the company's own systems to manage cases.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Qualified Solicitor in the UK.
  • Ideally experience of managing a team
