Do you love all things conveyancing, are you great with clients and someone who believes in delivering the best possible service?

You are commercially aware and know your numbers but you just don't enjoy having that rammed down your throat on a daily basis and you know and have proven that by utilising your client care skills the numbers follow.

Imagine being able to do what you do well in an environment that's not fixated on time recording or billings!! Sounds good right?

This opportunity will allow you to do what you do best, they will support and encourage you but you will have autonomy to run your own cases and develop and nurture those relationships.

The majority of the business is repeat or referral due to the outstanding reputation of the practice.

You will bring a minimum of 2 years' post qualifying residential conveyancing experience, successfully managing your own cases form inception to completion and will have exceptional client facing skills.

This role offers flexibility both in terms of some working from home and working pattern. They really look after their team well and want people to join them, feel empowered, happy and be able to progress.

We are also interested to hear from candidates who are perhaps looking to move into a more senior role, someone who wants to be able to lead and manage a team and who has their eye on promotion to Partner.

So, if you'd like a great working environment, supportive colleagues, interesting work, autonomy and respect and the ability to progress, please contact Deborah Collier at QED Legal on the details provided for a confidential discussion.
