Residential Conveyancing Paralegal - Gateshead

Adecco Legal recruitment are delighted to be working with a client in Gateshead who are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team.

The practice puts it's clients and employees at the heart of everything which makes it a fantastic working environment to develop a rewarding career within Residential Property Law. For the right candidate, professional accreditation support will also be offered longer term.

Salary

22-24k

Experience:

  • The client is looking for Paralegals who have experience of working as a Conveyancing Paralegal.

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior Fee earner with their existing Sales/Purchase residential caseload.
  • Dealing with instructions including freehold and leasehold Conveyancing Matters.
  • Regularly updating clients on the progress of their transactions via email and telephone.
  • Supporting Solicitors with the drafting and exchange of contracts.
  • Utilising SDLT portal.
  • Prioritising case files which require urgent attention.
