Up to circa £55,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits

We are working with a Legal 500-listed, Lexcel accredited, award-winning law firm who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer, ideally with at least 3+ years' PQE, to join their office in Kenilworth as Head of the Department.

The role will involve

  • Running a caseload of conveyancing matters from start to finish
  • Managing conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, registered and unregistered titles
  • Use of a case management system
  • Liaising with clients, mortgage lenders and solicitors
  • Working as part of an established team with an excellent client base and reputation
  • Leading the Conveyancing department, including a team of fee earners and support staff

This is a full-time, fully office-based position based in Kenilworth. Hybrid working one day per week from home will be considered.

Suitable candidates will have:

  • Fully qualified status, ideally with 3+ years' PQE
  • Lender panel and CQS experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience of running a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
  • A good level of computer literacy
  • Excellent client care and IT skills
