Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a private practice in West Yorkshire on permanent basis.

The firm are undergoing an expansion of their department, where this position is suited to candidates seeking a long term role.

The successful candidate will have prior experience managing their own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files, dealing with freehold, leasehold, unregistered land, title checks and registrations.

This position is suitable for candidates available on a full time basis, and willing to work from the office.

Skills & Experience:

• A robust background in residential conveyancing with proven case handling experience
• A thorough understanding of the legal aspects of property transactions
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and professionals
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
