Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Residential Conveyancer 

Coventry 

Salary up to circa £45,000 per annum depending on experience

We are working with a well-established, Lexcel and CQS accredited law firm, who are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their growing Residential Conveyancing team in Coventry City Centre as a Conveyancing Fee Earner.

The role will involve:

• Running a caseload of conveyancing matters from start to finish
• Managing conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, registered and unregistered titles
• Use of a case management system
• Liaising with clients, mortgage lenders and solicitors

Suitable candidates will have:

• A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a residential conveyancing fee earning role
• Knowledge of the full conveyancing process from start to finish
• Experience of using a case management system

This a full-time office-based, permanent job working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
