Residential Conveyancing Assistant

A national firm, with its roots firmly in the local market are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy team in Bolton.

They are a well-established law firm who are continuously growing and are committed to maintaining excellent client relationships that are paramount to the business.

As a Residential Conveyancing Assistant, you will be supporting a Fee Earner with their caseload that includes matters such as:

• Freehold/leasehold
• Sales and purchases
• Remortgage
• Equity release
• Joint ownership
• Landlord and tenant matters

The successful candidate for this Residential Conveyancing Assistant will ideally have at least 1 years' previous experience within a similar role, is able to manage their workload effectively, has excellent organisation skills and is passionate about what they do.
