Job Title: Residential conveyancing Assistant
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum

About the firm and Role:
Our client is an established and reputable family run firm situated in a vibrant Sheffield suburb. An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced conveyancing assistant to join an established, stable and supportive team.

This role will see you working closely with experienced solicitors and fee earners within the residential conveyancing department and supporting across a wide range of residential conveyancing matters.

This role will involve:Handling new enquiries, taking instruction from prospective clients Screening incoming communications via telephone, email and post Liaising with existing clients, providing updates and requesting required documentation Running a busy caseload, supporting a fee earner, with purchase, sales, mortgage and new build files Handling land registry, title checks, searches, reservations, applications and balances Supporting senior fee earners with administrative duties where required Closing files and ensuring accurate and organised filing Running client reports, supporting with billing, issuing statements and processing information through the case management system

About You:You will ideally have 18 months or greater experience within a residential conveyancing role Proven ability to work independently Excellent attention to detail and client care skills
