Location: Leeds and North Yorkshire (Multiple Offices)

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our dynamic team. As a Residential Conveyancer at our firm, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of residential property transactions, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish.
• Review legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and title documents.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders involved in property transactions.
• Provide expert advice to clients on property law, mortgage finance, and taxation.
• Conduct searches and investigations to identify any potential issues or risks.
• Draft and review legal documents including contracts of sale, transfer deeds, and lease agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence.
• Stay informed about changes in property law and conveyancing practice.
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualification is beneficial but not essential
• Minimum 2 years' fee earning experience within residential conveyancing
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant IT systems and software.
