The Opportunity:

The capabilities of our clients Residential Conveyancing team is very broad. Upon joining the team - the opportunity will present itself for exposure to be secured across Freehold & leasehold, sales & purchases, Shared ownership, Auction sales & purchases, Mortgages and equity release, The granting of new leases, Transfers of equity, Landlord & tenant matters, Lease extensions, Right to Buy, Help to Buy and Boundary disputes.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will benefit from varied and interesting residential work.

What’s needed to be considered?

• Possess prior residential conveyancing experience
• Excellent client management skills
• Ability to manage simultaneous residential files
• Accomplished administration skills
• Be a team player
• Enjoy working in a busy environment
• Ability to prepare completion statements, stamp duty land tax forms and dealing with post-completion matters through to registration of title
• Keeping up to date with developments in residential property law
