Salary: Up to £35,000

A leading law firm specialising in property law, is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Residential Conveyancer. As a Residential Conveyancer at Bannister Preston, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the conveyancing process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved. This includes conducting title searches, drafting contracts, liaising with clients and other stakeholders, and overseeing the completion of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion
• Conducting title searches and property investigations
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction
• Providing timely and accurate advice to clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing
• Resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the conveyancing process

Requirements:

• 2 years minumum fee earning experience
• Qualifications are beneficial but not essential
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in conveyancing practice
