JOB TITLE: Residential Property Conveyancer
Location: Bristol - Hybrid min 2 days in the office required.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
Hours: Full Time

THE FIRM:
Reputable specialist law firm in Bristol are looking for an experience Residential Property Conveyancer to join their friendly expanding team.

JOB DETAILS:

Residential Conveyancing Duties:
* Working on a wide range of residential property transactions including straight forward sales and purchases, re-mortgages and equity release:
* Responsible for client files from start to finish of a transaction including post-completion.
* Dealing with leasehold properties for both purchasing and selling
* Business development through building relationships with Estate Agents, other introducers of work including knowledge of and involvement in local community networking.
* Other business development activities for the firm under the direction of the Head of Department or Marketing Manager


Ideal Applicants:
* At least Two years PQE dealing with a varied caseload or experienced fee earner within residential property.
* To work as part of a team or without supervision and requiring no admin support
* Able to use a combination of both paper and electronic files
* To present a professional image both electronically, verbally and face to face with clients
* Good organisational skills
* Eager to progress in your career.
