RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, DERBY, 3+ PQE, SALARY UP TO CIRCA £45,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive team. REF: 5572

• An experienced Residential Property Lawyer is sought after to join an established practice in Derby to undertake a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 3 Years PQE and proven technical expertise in handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions

• You will handle your own caseload of residential property matters including transfer of equity, new builds, re-mortgages, sales and purchases and equity release schemes.

• An established practice with a strong reputation for providing an excellent service to their clients.

• The firm cover the broad remit of conveyancing and are looking for ambitious Lawyers who have a genuine passion to specialise within property law and progress their career.
