The Role:

The Residential Conveyancer role will be working on a mixed caseload of files consisting of sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold, transfers of equity and remortgage from opening to closing including.

To Apply:

The ideal Residential Conveyancer will bring a solid understanding of property law, and someone who can work on a file from opening to completion, with at least 2 to 4 years of experience handling a caseload from initial quotes through to completion in a previous role working in a close-knit team.
