Residential Conveyancer , Exeter

You : 

You will be someone who can cement and add to the firms' existing relationships with local estate agents. You'll have post qualification experience and be driven and personable, enthusiastic and looking to further your career within residential property.

The firm : 

This is a firm with a family feel running through it, well established in the region and has a superb set of visions and values that they upload. The firm are trusted locally and much of the work is picked up through word of mouth.

The firm believe they have a wining culture and a healthy culture based around staff and client care. They also invest heavily in staff training and development.

The role :  

You'll be acting for clients in a broad range of residential property work, primarily freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including for investor clients), transfers of equity and remortgages. 

You'll be happy to participate in networking and marketing to promote the firm and you will be a team player, on hand to help people above and below you experience wise.
