Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on experience)

Are you a seasoned legal professional seeking an engaging role in residential conveyancing? We have two openings available—one permanent position and another covering a maternity leave for 9-12 months.

The key responsibilities of a Residential Conveyancer are:

• Manage various residential conveyancing tasks, including Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, Shared Ownership Schemes, Rights to Buy, Transfer of Equity, and Lease extensions.
• Provide quality legal advice and exceptional client care following the Solicitors Regulations Authority (SRA) Code of Conduct.
• Utilise proficient IT skills and case management experience to handle caseloads effectively and meet deadlines.
• Develop and execute successful business development strategies to generate fees as per targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and maintain compliance with Continuing Professional Development (CPD),Conveyancing QualityScheme (CQS), and internal training protocols.
• Exhibit excellent drafting, writing, and communication skills with a focus on precision and technical accuracy.

The successful Residential Conveyancer must have:

• Minimum of 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads independently and meet deadlines consistently.
• Proven track record in fee generation and contributing to business growth through effective marketing.
• Familiarity with case management systems is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional service and upholding professional standards.
