Position: Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

Location: Central London

Experience: NQ-5 years PQE

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)

The Opportunity:

Currently seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their growing team, this role offers the chance to be part of a firm that values hard work, client satisfaction, and a positive work-life balance.

The Role:

  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including but not limited to, sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, and equity transfers.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, offering clear, concise advice and building lasting relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external parties to ensure a smooth and efficient conveyancing process.
  • Participate in business development and networking opportunities to build the firm’s profile and attract new clients.

Candidate Profile:

  • A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, ideally with NQ-5 years of PQE in residential conveyancing.
  • A strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for property law and client service.
