Top legal 500 firm with offices across the East Midlands and Lincolnshire are currently looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a permanent basis.

key duties to include:

  • Dealing with Leasehold and freehold property transactions
  • Transfer of equity
  • Remortgages
  • Completing land registry searches
  • Fee earning

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years Residential Conveyancing experience
  • Experience managing a conveyancing caseload from pre to post-completion without supervision.
  • Strong work ethic and attentive to detail.
  • Team player and organised.
