Residential Conveyancing Team Leader - Leicester

A Solicitors practice with an outstanding reputation throughout the East Midlands region is looking to recruit an experienced lawyer to their residential property team. 

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with experience of dealing with a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgage and new build transactions and so it is therefore expected that any applicants are able to demonstrate experience in dealing with a similarly broad range of transactions. 

Any experience in a managerial position, supervising more junior members of the team would be advantageous.

This firm will pay a salary that they will base on the experience of the individual but which will be right at the top end of market rate. In addition to this they offer a bonus scheme, 25 days annual leave and genuine progression prospects as part of one of the strongest teams in the region.
