TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a local high-street firm in Port Talbot, who are looking for a Licensed Residential Conveyancer to join their growing Property department. As a Licensed Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload, providing expert advice and support to clients through the conveyancing process. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Yaou will be responsible for handling all legal aspects of property transactions, from initial instruction through to completion.

We are looking for Residential Conveyancers with a minimum of 1-2 years post-qualification experience in Property Law, who have a strong knowledge of local property markets and a well-established local presence, and proficiency in managing a full caseload with minimal supervision. Applications from Strong Paralegals with 4+ years of experience within a local residential department will be considered.
