Residential/Commercial Property Solicitor/Experienced Conveyancer

Location: Essex

PQE: 2+

Salary: Competitive

My client is a highly reputable and well-established firm based in Essex, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients for over 15 years. With a strong presence in the market, they pride themselves on their professionalism, efficiency and reliability.

They are seeking a skilled Property Solicitor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years or more PQE with experience in residential property including negotiating and drafting leases, remortgages and freehold and leasehold sales.

You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  1. Some experience in commercial property would be beneficial
  2. Experience in running a caseload of work autonomously
  3. Previous experience managing a small team or having current aspirations to move into a management role is preferable
