We believe in a child cantered approach focusing on empowering young people to develop their social, emotional, independence and functional skills, enabling them to acquire coping mechanisms for the future, and take steps towards resilience and wellbeing.
We are able to support young people from the ages of 8 years old and up to their 18th birthday, who may present with a range of complex social, emotional, behavioural needs as well as children and young people who have a learning disability and associating disabilities i.e ASD
We provide the following services:
- Social, emotional and mental health
- Learning disabilities
- Solo provisions
- Semi-independence
- Transitional support
- Supported accommodation
- Preparation for fostering
- Foster placement stabilisation
- Outreach support
- Edge of care
- Provide care and support to children aged 8-18 years in a nurturing and safe environment
- Empower young people to develop social, emotional, and functional skills
- Assist children with complex social, emotional, and behavioural needs
- Work with children who have learning disabilities and associated disabilities such as ASD
- Deliver services including social, emotional and mental health support, solo provisions, semi-independence, transitional support, and more
- Level 2 or 3 Health and Social care qualification
- Experience in children's residential services
- Valid driver's licence
- Additional qualifications in childcare or social services
- First Aid certification
- Part-Time or Full time hours
- Work in a residential childcare setting
- May involve evening and weekend shifts
