Residential Building Manager (12 month FTC)
Salary: Up to £40,000
Location: Dulwich
We're seeking a dynamic Residential Building Manager to lead the management and operations of a 200-unit estate.
Nestled within the picturesque surroundings of Dulwich, this position offers a unique opportunity to oversee a thriving community and ensure its smooth functioning. As the Residential Building Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining tenant satisfaction, managing day-to-day operations, and upholding the highest standards of property maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of residential building, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the building, including contracting with vendors and scheduling services.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
- Maintain accurate records of building expenses, income, and tenant communications.
- Assist in coordinating move-in and move-out processes for tenants, including inspections and security deposit handling.
- Ensure common areas are clean, well-maintained, and inviting for residents.
- Handle emergencies and security issues effectively, implementing necessary protocols to ensure resident safety.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants to encourage retention and satisfaction.
Working hours: 9am to 5:30pm.
