Resident Host - Build to Rent

Our client is seeking a Resident Host to join their dynamic team in London. As a Resident Host, you will be the face of their community, providing exceptional customer service and support to residents.

Role Summary
Resident Host
07:00 - 19:00
4 days on / 4 days off
£28-30k

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist residents with move-ins, move-outs, and leasing inquiries
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
• Organize community events and activities to foster a sense of community
• Conduct regular inspections of the property and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of property management software is a plus
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
