Here at Fresh we are excited to be recruiting for a Resident Advisor for our fantastic student accommodation, Highlight St. Thomas Street which is perfectly situated for all Dublin has to offer.

This exciting position offers full time hours of 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday  where you’ll be working in a collaborative, people-first environment. You'll act as the first point of contact for resident and prospective resident enquiries providing exceptional support and service to ensure that the property runs smoothly and the residents feel supported.

As with all the members of our accommodation teams, our Resident Advisors are responsible for delivering a 5* service to our customers. Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Dealing with enquiries from current and prospective residents via social networks, media communications, email, telephone and in person.
  • Organising events and open days for prospective and current residents.
  • Covering the main reception during office hours, this will include sorting the mail.
  • Be the face of Fresh for residents! Liaising with them on a regular basis making sure that residents feel supported and valued.
  • Undertaking viewings with potential residents, providing them with the up-to-date information relevant to their query.
  • Ensuring that the reception and management suite is clean and tidy and adheres to Health & Safety requirements.
  • Receiving and processing payments, and monitoring / chasing rent arrears when necessary.
  • Filing and maintaining customer data, ensuring the database is up to date and within GDPR regulations.
  • Liaising with the maintenance and accommodation team to ensure any issues are logged and resolved promptly.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about offering a high level of customer service to everyone they meet with and has strong administrative skills. You’ll need have strong communications skills; this includes being able to communicate via social media platforms and be able to adapt your style depending on your audience. The working environment can be quick paced, so we’re looking for someone who is able to stay calm under pressure and has the ability to successfully manage their own workload.
