Desirable

• 2+ years' experience in a similar Reservations Manager or Reservations Revenue Supervisor role
• Experience in a 5-star or minimum 4-star luxury Boutique Hotel environment
• Familiarity with Opera PMS
• Demonstrated ability in managing, mentoring, and training a Reservations team (5)
• Willingness to lead by example and be hands-on in all aspects of the role.
