Salt is working with one of the UK's top social-first creative agencies who help global brands connect with culture, who are seeking an Influencer Research to conduct in-depth research and analysis to help influencers understand their audience better.

As an Influencer Researcher, you will conduct in-depth research and analysis to support influencers in understanding their audience, refining their content strategy, and maximising their impact of social media platforms.

You will:

-- Conduct audience research to identify demographics, interests, and preferences of a range of influencers' followers

-- Analyst social media metrics and engagement data to track the performance of influencers' content and identify trends

-- Provide actionable insights through the monitoring of industry trends, emerging platforms and competitor strategies, and collaborate with the influencers to further develop data-driven strategies

You will need:

-- Similar experience as a Researcher, ideally specifically within influencer research

-- Strong skills in social media in-platform analytics tools, and ideally experience with social listening tools such as Brandwatch

-- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical audiences
