Excellent opportunity to join the ADME department of a leading pharmaceutical organisation supporting small molecule drug discovery projects by developing in -vitro DMPK assays.

Calling upon your experience in the ADME/ DMPK area you will conduct a variety of cell-based assays to assess clearance/ uptake performance of hepatocytes and perform screening activities to elucidate the metabolic fate of novel small molecule pharmaceuticals. You will contribute to assay development and validation along with processing and reporting data to be used by internal and external teams.

Candidate Requirements

  • BSc/ MSc in a relevant scientific discipline with industry experience in a pharma, CRO or biotech organisation OR recent PhD graduate with a desire to kickstart their career in industry
  • Extensive experience in in vitro and in vivo assay development
  • Strong understanding of ADME/ DMPK with >3 years lab experience in this environment
  • Hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS and liquid handling platform would be seen advantageous.
