  • We are currently looking for a Senior Research Engineer to join our client in Central London.
  • You will be joining a growing company working on cutting-edge Video Processing technology.
  • This client is offering an excellent working environment, plenty of opportunities for growth/progression as well as great benefits packages.

Responsibilities:

  • Design compression algorithms for cutting-edge software.
  • Design tools and stratagies for the compression of images and videos.
  • Contribute to standardization organizations, workships etc...
  • Present development outcomes to key stakeholders

Experience:

  • A Degree in a related field (Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, Computer Vision etc...)
  • Highly proficient in C++ and Python.
  • Experience Designing video processing algorithms

Knowledge of image coding standards such as JPEG, AVC, HEVC, VVC etc... is also preferable.
