ROLE:

As the Research Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a diverse range of quantitative and qualitative research projects.
  • Nurturing client relationships and overseeing research initiatives.
  • Mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members.
  • Crafting and executing both quantitative and qualitative research projects, including analysis.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal Research Director will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong background in quantitative research or a blend of research methodologies.
  • Previous experience in an agency setting is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Specialization in B2B research.
  • Proven ability to deliver insightful findings to senior stakeholders.
