Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently seeking a proficient Research Associate fluent in Portuguese to join a leading research consultancy specialising in the financial sector. Renowned for providing comprehensive market intelligence and strategic insights, they cater to clients within the banking and finance industry.

As an integral member of their international team, you will play a pivotal role in collecting market intelligence through primary and secondary research, surveys, interviews, and meticulous data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on market trends in the banking and finance sector.
• Participate in interviews and compile data for comprehensive analysis.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with industry experts.
• Prepare specialised research reports to deliver valuable insights.
• Contribute insights to company newsletters to keep clients informed.
• Represent the organization at industry events to stay abreast of industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Portuguese is essential.
• Native-level proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Solid academic background
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience, preferably in research or analysis.
• Strong communication and numeracy skills.
• Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic, dedicated to building a successful career in research within the financial sector.
