Experienced Researcher for Leading Executive Search Agency

About the Client

Our client is a top-tier executive search agency specializing in the Public Sector across three core business areas: Education, Government, and NHS/Healthcare. The client's culture is mature and flexible, valuing professionals who are down-to-earth and easy to get along with. They offer a hybrid work model, allowing their team to work 2 days per week in the office and 3 days remotely.

Position: Research Associate

Location:

Central London (Hybrid Work Model)

Working Hours:

Standard hours are 37.5 per week, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates for leadership roles across the client's Public Sector business areas.
  • Deliver assignments dealing with digital transformation within Education, Government, and NHS/Healthcare sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams at the client's agency to develop search strategies and candidate profiles.
  • Prepare and present shortlists of qualified candidates to the client's customers.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with excellent academic credentials.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience within executive search.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
