This division is well known for the brilliant work they do across society and how they support government decision making across policy areas such as education, working specifically in the areas of early years through to adulthood covering higher and further education areas, policies relating to families and children which is diverse and varied.

What's the opportunity?
Join the team as a Research and Evaluation Director and make a difference to society in relation to the impact of policies around education, children and families. Are you a senior researcher looking for your next opportunity? Look no further, they are a full-service, mixed methods agency who work with partners across the public, private, and charity sectors. They are looking for a senior researcher and evaluator with experience in Education, Learning and Skills, as well as Higher Education and other related areas. You should have experience working on research and evaluation projects and have experience working on large complex surveys, ideally school surveys or surveys that target this area of study, children and families.

As a director in this team, you will have the chance to manage the largest and highest-profile studies and advance your people and project management skills, you will be instrumental in business development and this is a commercial and entrepreneurial environment. You will be leading on large projects and delivering at a high end government level with the findings which will have an impact on society.

Join the team and work on range of interesting projects for clients with hugely different interests and investments in the studies. You should have extensive experience of delivering research projects for the public sector, ideally including working on issues relating to education, children and families. You should be able to work to tight deadlines to deliver profitable work and assure quality of all outputs.
