My client is a well-established International Firm based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. They are currently recruiting for a Reprographics Team Leader to join and oversee their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a background in Facilities or Reprographics to join an established, small knit team.

As a Reprographics Team Leader your duties will include:

• Management of the team, including handling performance reviews
• Identifying training needs and areas for development in the team
• Monitor the workflow and ensure all work is completed within the deadlines
• Maintain close relationships with key contacts
• Undertake all printing and scanning requests
• Ensure all administration for the department is kept up to date

As a Reprographics Team Leader you will have the following skills:

• Previous experience working in Reprographics is essential
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• High level of IT knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and work towards deadlines
