Reporting Analyst

Location: Office based - head office, no hybrid working

Salary: Negotiable

Hours: 9:00am-5.30pm

Responsible to: Management

Key Relationships: All Staff

Location: Southend on Sea, Essex

Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Discounted cashflow modelling, Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return.
  • Identifying Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs") and measure the Groups performance against these metrics.
  • Manage risks and create solutions through quantitative analysis, projecting and forecasting.
  • Collaborating with the wider businesses to develop and manage strategic and financial plans.
  • Executing initiatives to transform, streamline and innovate processes across the Group.
  • Reporting to a high standard and meeting deadlines.
  • Training recipients of the reporting information to ensure they are understood, and action points easily communicated.
  • Other analysis and reporting as required by business needs.
  • You will contribute to organisational improvement by gathering and analysing data, preparing reports, reviewing company performance and KPIs against targets and recommending improvements throughout the reporting process.
  • You must be comfortable with handling and organising large sets of data to assist in the development of high-quality information reports and be able to convert it into meaningful management information.
