Our client is an established housing association, based in the Burton area. The association prides itself on going way beyond what's expected in order to transform lives, communities, etc.

They are presently recruiting for a Repairs Scheduler to work within the Repairs team. This is a busy role and will involve:

  • Providing an efficient repairs service
  • Scheduling repairs
  • Addressing customer queries
  • Repairs diagnosis
  • Issuing orders of work
  • Arranging any further appointments

This is a varied post and will suit someone with an excellent telephone manner, who is customer focused and a real team player.
