Your new company
Our client, based in Sheffield, require a repairs co-ordinator for £14.50 per hour PAYE premium (£12.94 basic) or £15.95 per hour Umbrella.

This is an ongoing office based temporary placement.

Your new role
You will work on various projects dealing with issues/complaints from residents, scheduling works to be completed. You will coordinate social housing maintenance by liaising with tenants and maintenance staff/contractors. Your role is key to ensuring the overall quality of life of residents, as well as the aesthetics ofthe properties, compiling/filling in spreadsheets to track progress.

This role is 37 hours a week. Monday to Friday between 8:30am-4:30pm.

Previous experience working in a social housing/maintenance/scheduling environment

Good customer service& admin skills
