Repairs Coordinator Assistant

Your new company
Our client, based in Sheffield, require a repairs assistant for £13.68 per hour PAYE premium (£12.21 basic) or £16.05 per hour Umbrella.
This is an on going, office based, temporary placement, ASAP start.

Your new role
You will work on various projects dealing with issues/complaints from residents whilst working in the repairs office.
You will be required to log calls from clients and tenants, making inward and outward calls as required.
Answering the phone, dealing with repairs issues and engagement with maintenance team around appropriate responses.

This role is due to begin immediately with 37 hours a week.
Monday to Friday between 8:30am-4:30pm.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in a social housing/maintenance/scheduling environment
Good customer service & IT skills.
