Rental Sales Engineer

Our client, a renowned Global entity dedicated to tackling the world's sustainability challenges head-on, are looking for a Rental Sales Engineer to join their team in Bolton.

For this Sales Engineer role, you'll spearhead sales initiatives and foster customer relationships, driving growth in rental contracts across the Northwest. Showcasing your Sales expertise and outstanding relationship building skills, you will engage both new and existing clients, adeptly identifying opportunities for new contracts.

This position is remote and encompassing the Northwest region. Offering a competitive salary and OTE, plus company car. A driver’s license is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual bonus targets to meet Sales Incentive guidelines
• Management of a personal sales plan including management of leads, effective sales meetings, preparation of detailed financial proposals and generate orders
• Forecasting and reporting on bookings, revenue, conversion rates and maintenance of overall pipeline
• Proactive contact with key customers and responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, including relationship management and handling customer enquiries

Key Competencies:

• Demonstrated success in strategic sales within the Renal/Commercial Manufacturing / Engineering Industry
• Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• A proven working knowledge of heating, ventilating, air conditioning & HVAC systems is advantageous
• Technical degree, HVAC background, or experience in the Commercial and Industrial sectors is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Salary is depending on experience. In order to attain the highest salary bracket for this role, you will need to have/demonstrate all the skills and experience mentioned above in order to achieve the highest rate of pay.
