Salary: Hourly rate dependant on experience  
 
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
 
Please note this is a temporary contract, with a duration of 12 weeks, could be a potential to extend.

Location: Bracknell.  
 
Dynamite Recruitment is currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised Rental Income Officer to join a successful company, due to growth.
 
As a Rental Income Officer, you will provide specialist support to maximise the income from customers. This role will focus on debt recovery as well as debt prevention.
 
The duties of the Rental Income Officer will be:
  • Take ownership of customer queries and ensure they come to a resolution.
  • You will be responsible for a patch of around 800 properties.
  • Manage income recovery activity from current and former customers in rented properties.
  • Carry out field visits to your patch.
  • Look at complex data to direct early interventions.
  • Assisting customers with benefit advice.
  • Work closely with other departments to identify high risk customers and refer for specialist advice.
  • Identify ways of improving the customer experience.
  • Work closely with other departments to manage compliance and complaints.
 
Experience required:
  • Must have experience within housing/income management.
  • Customer service/call handling experience is crucial.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Able to understand complex data.
  • Must be approaching, friendly and confident communicating with customers.  
  • Clear written and oral communication skills.
  • Have strong IT skills.
  • Advanced administrative skills.
  • Must have full driving licence and vehicle
