We have an exciting opportunity for a Rent & Service Charge Officer to join an award-winning Housing Association in the West Midlands.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a great hybridworking model with a salary of £26,700. The start date is subject to notice

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Producing accurate rent and service charge statements in line with the business’ rent setting procedures
  • Assisting in setting rents, service charges and other associated budgets in accordance to rent setting procedures
  • Maintaining the service charge module
  • Investigating and resolving customer queries relating to rent and service charge statements
  • Supporting budget holders and stakeholders to assist in effective financial controls and forecasting

Experience required:

  • Rent and/or service charge
  • Intermediate MS Excel
